Despite a brief respite from the weather on Saturday morning - which saw minis training and matches go ahead - it was a weekend of rain, wind and postponements.

Old Christians 55 - MEN’S FIRSTS 5 ⭐️
A hard, and wet, away day in North Cork. Despite going in 12-5 down at half time (Cian Looney try), our boys were blown away in the second half. A young squad, looking to build. This was a league and cup double header. 

Both U18 and U16 boys pan Munster games were postponed.

⭐️U14 BOYS 33 - Cork Con 0
Wicked conditions on pitch 5 didn’t phase our U14 boys as they won a tussle v Con. Two tries from James Kingston, one each for Paddy O’Riordan, Conor Boyle, Harry Marten and Fionn McSherry. Senan Horan with extras. The boys march on in the South Munster league top division.

Ballincollig 25 - U14 GIRLS 10⭐️
Our U14 girls travelled to Ballincollig for a pre-tournament warm up. Tries from Naomi O’Riordan and Alice Kate O’Connell see the girls warming up nicely for their Feb 3 tournament.

Now all attention turns to Monday, February 3 when our U14 & U16 girls will host SIXTEEN teams from across Munster in what is becoming the largest regional girls blitz. All support and help very welcome!
