Thank you to everyone who made it along to our end of season awards evening, and Sevens celebration on Saturday night. 👏👏
There was much to celebrate after a great year. Director of Rugby Denis Collins spoke passionately about the talent on show on our pitches all season long. While the evening celebrated the adult and U18.5 teams, Denis gave special mention to our vibrant minis section, incredible youths teams - with the Annemarie Kingston Cup, a successful Sevens, and our 3 youth teams winning South Munster silverware a particular highlight. The future is bright! 🤩🤩
On to the awards! A number of awards were given out on the night, chosen by players and coaches. More than most sports, rugby is a team game, but it is great to recognise contributions.
So the 2025 winners are:
Adults awards:
⭐️ Brian O’Donnell - Player’s Player of the Year
⭐️ Timmy Lynch - Firsts Coaches Player of the Year
⭐️ Mattie O’Donovan - Firsts Young Player of the Year
