The Kinsale RFC Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 16 at 8pm, in the Kinsale RFC clubhouse at Snugmore.
At this meeting the executive committee will give an update on many aspects of the club and all club members - as well as prospective club members - are welcome to attend.
Any items for the agenda, or any proposals or nominations for positions must be sent to secretary@kinsalerfc.com at least 7 days before the AGM date (Tuesday, June 9). Nominations must be accompanied by a proposer and a seconder.
Only fully paid up members can vote on the night, however new members are welcome to attend.
